Thank you to everyone who came down to Raynes Park last weekend to make our Super Sunday event such a success!
Both the Men's and Women's 1's had strong weekends picking up vital points. The women won 2-1 against Beeston on Saturday and the men had a close 2-1 loss at Surbiton. On Sunday, the BU14 started off the day with a 3-0 win vs Taunton Vale in their EH Cup semi final fixture. This helped spur on the senior teams in the afternoon who both picked up points. The W1's had a 0-0 draw with Hampstead and Westminster, and the M1's put in a solid, clinical performance to beat Reading 4-0. Following last weekend's matches, the women are riding high in 2nd place with the men in 3rd. Exciting times for both teams going into the latter part of the season!
Congratulations to Amelie who made her home Prem debut at the weekend! It was also fabulous to see Jack Waller treating young fans and ball patrol to an impromtu coaching masterclass after the men's game, and Jack's stunning backhand goal!
